About This Page
This page explains how to delete your AllSelfy account and data, in the app and on allselfy.com.
Delete in the App
- Open the AllSelfy app.
- Tap the person-shaped account icon at the top right. Its name in the app is “내 계정과 로그인”.
- Tap “탈퇴하기”, which is the delete account button, and confirm.
- Deletion happens immediately.
Delete on the Web
- Log in at allselfy.com.
- Open the profile menu at the top right and choose “Delete account”.
- Confirm. Deletion happens immediately.
The “Delete account” button is also at the bottom of the My Profile tab on the My Results page.
If You Cannot Log In
If you cannot log in, ask us to delete the account by email.
- Email contact@allselfy.com from the email address of the account.
- Include the login method, Google or Kakao.
- We first confirm that the request comes from the account owner.
- After confirming, we finish within 10 days. Then we tell you the result.
This matches the rights section of the privacy policy.
Deleted Right Away
These are deleted right away when you delete your account. MBTI Talk is called 올톡 in the app.
- Account information: email, name, profile picture address, login method and account ID
- Saved test results and response records
- MBTI Talk profile: nickname, MBTI type, questions and answers you wrote, likes, bookmarks, blocks and notifications
- Other members’ answers on your questions are deleted too
- Group Rooms records
- Login sessions
Kept for a Limited Time
These may remain for a limited time after you delete your account.
- Reports: reports you filed and reports filed about you stay as moderation records, separate from your account. They are deleted 30 days after the report was last closed.
- Group Rooms records: records that could not be erased immediately are erased within 5 days after deletion.
- Analytics data: it is not linked to your account. It follows the Google Analytics retention period of 14 months.

Data Only on Your Device
Data such as the app’s library, drafts and saved images stays only on your device.
- Deleting the app removes this data.
- Saved images stay in your photo library.
