Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the psychological test platform service provided by AllSelfy (the 'Service'), and define the rights and obligations between the Service provider and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

• "Service": All psychological tests and related features provided by AllSelfy through its website (allselfy.com)
• "User": Any person who accesses the Service and takes tests
• "Member": A user who signs in with a Google or Kakao account to access additional features such as Psych Profile
• "Content": All copyrighted materials within the Service, including test questions, results, images, and text

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or communicated to users through other appropriate means.

• The Service may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws
• Users will be notified of changes at least 7 days before the effective date
• Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue using the Service

Article 4 (Service Description)

The Service provides the following features.

• Psychological and personality tests with results
• Sharing test results (KakaoTalk, Twitter, link copy, etc.)
• Saving test results in a local collection (browser storage)
• [Members] Psych Profile analysis (social sign-in required)
• [Members] Cross-device result synchronization and permanent storage
• Other features additionally provided by the Service

Article 5 (Service Usage)

The following applies to Service usage.

• Test participation, result viewing, and sharing features are available to everyone without registration
• Psych Profile features are available after signing in with a Google or Kakao account
• The Service aims to operate 24/7 year-round, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance
• Test results are for entertainment and self-understanding purposes and do not replace professional psychological counseling or diagnosis

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Service content
• Activities that interfere with normal Service operation
• Illegally collecting or using other people's personal information
• Activities that violate laws or public morals through the Service
• Accessing the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.)

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

All copyrights and intellectual property rights to content within the Service (test questions, result text, images, designs, etc.) belong to the Service provider. Users may share test results for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the content itself without authorization.

Article 8 (Member Accounts)

The following applies to accounts of members who signed up through social sign-in (Google or Kakao).

• Members may delete their account at any time; upon deletion, all data is immediately and permanently removed
• Members are responsible for the security of their own accounts
• The Service does not store members' social account passwords

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The Service is not liable for the following.

• Accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of test results
• Decisions or actions made by users based on test results
• Service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures
• Service usage issues caused by the user's own fault

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute related to Service usage, the court having jurisdiction over the Service provider's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
